Xiph DirectShow Filters -

This project represents a binary (compiled) version of the Theora projects including other open source codecs: Ogg Vorbis, Speex, Theora, FLAC, and WebM.

When installing this is it important that you first exit any Windows Media Player and any other media player currently playing. Also you must go to Add/Remove programs in your control panel and remove any previous installation of these codecs (oggcodecs).
