SRT to SSA Converter 1.0

This program is only a converter between two subtitles format files : SRT and  SSA.

SRT is the format that the program SubRip uses to extract the subtitles. This program extracts subtitles from VOB files from a DVD, and saves it in SRT format. But this format is not the same some programs uses to show the subtitles.

Those programs uses SSA format. An example of a program to include subtitles in a video file is the Subtitler Plug-In from Avery Lee for Virtual Dub .

Using the SRT to SSA Converter, you can convert SubRip’s files to SSA format files, choosing some format characteristics. Those format characteristics will appear then in the program who shows the subtitles.
