The program allows you to watch any video file (thanks to ffdshow video decoder) with the increased frame rate that produce very smooth and clear motion. The technology is well-known for a while (see TrimensionDNM, "Motion Plus" "Motionflow" and others), but for the first time it is available for free to PC users with simple GUI and just a couple of mouse clicks. SVP has no limitations on video formats and sizes, and thanks to GPU acceleration you now can watch FullHD 1080p-video recalculated to 60Hz in real-time on the middle-range hardware.
SVP actually is not a video player itself, but it enables almost any player to play smooth video. For example it can be free Media Player Classic Home Cinema that is included in package for you convenience.
